Go Stride Grand Opening – CT

GoStride is a high intensity low impact workout that challenges the whole body while putting minimal stress on joints. On each strider, there is a tracker that provides precise information about your workout, instantly. Our instructors are your guides, recommending resistance and RPM ranges, but it is up to you to find your “own stride”. Anyone can stride. You will sweat! You will burn calories! You will have fun!
